Now, this code will be used each time you send a job and retrieve it from the printer.Screen printing is the most prevalent method used to print a design or logo onto a t-shirt, so if you have a t-shirt with a design on it, it’s most likely screen printing. Or you can uncheck the box to Prompt for Access Code then enter your code into the Specify Access Code field.From here you can choose to have the box checked to Prompt for Access code, which means each time you print you will be asked to enter the code you want to use when you retrieve your job from the printer.From the drop down or check box options, select Private Print.From the menu categories, click the Job tab.Locate the printer you typically send jobs to and right-click on its name.Click the Windows Start icon and select Devices and Printers.Make Secure Printing Your Default Setting If you accidentally send a job to print and forget to enter a unique access code, try using the default code of four zeroes (0000) to print or delete your job.You can turn off this feature by following the steps in the "Sending Your Document to the Printer" section above and unchecking Job Storage. Once you have used this Secure Printing feature, you may find that all your print jobs are held at the printer and require an access code.To return the multifunction printer back to a ready state for other team members, press the Reset button followed by the Copy button.The screen displays Accepted and your print jobs are released and removed from the Job Box.Indicate the number of copies to print, using either the plus/minus selectors on the touch screen or number buttons on the control panel.When prompted, type in your four-digit access code/password.Note: You can also delete jobs from here.
